Two held with 50kg marijuana in Pallabi

Two drug dealers have been arrested with 50 kilograms of marijuana by Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-4 from Pallabi in the capital.

The arrested drug dealers were Md Suleman, 28, and Md Akram, 19.

During the drive, a pick-up was seized from their possession which was used to transport marijuana.

They were arrested from Pallabi area in the capital early Sunday (September 24) morning.

RAB-4 CEO Lt Col Mohammad Abdur Rahman confirmed about the drive.

He said during the questioning of the arrested persons, they told the RAB personnel that they had been selling marijuana at Savar, Dhamrai, Ashulia and nearby places collecting from different parts of the country for a long time.
