The Iranian Red Crescent said on Monday that the death toll from US and Israeli air strikes since Saturday has risen to 555.
In a statement cited by the Fars News Agency, the Iranian Red Crescent said the joint attacks targeted 131 residential areas across Iran. It did not provide figures for the injured.
The previous casualty count released by the Iranian Red Crescent on Saturday was 201 dead and 747 injured.
The report said the joint US-Israeli campaign launched on Saturday killed several senior Iranian officials, including Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
It said Iran has retaliated with drone and missile strikes targeting Israel, US assets and Gulf countries.
