In observance of World Blood Donor Day, US-Bangla Airlines, in collaboration with the Bangladesh Thalassemia Foundation, has organized a voluntary blood donation campaign to be held on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at its Corporate Office in Uttara, Dhaka.
The initiative aims to promote humanitarian values, social awareness, and active participation in life-saving voluntary services. Employees from various departments of US-Bangla Airlines have been invited to take part in the program and contribute to this noble cause.
As part of the campaign, an awareness seminar will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Representatives from the US-Bangla Airlines Medical Service Team and the Bangladesh Thalassemia Foundation will discuss the importance of blood donation, the necessity of ensuring a safe blood supply, the critical need for regular blood donations for thalassemia patients, and ways to enhance public awareness on these issues.
Following the seminar, the voluntary blood donation drive will take place from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Through this initiative, employees of US-Bangla Airlines are expected to demonstrate their commitment to humanitarian service and social responsibility.

US-Bangla Airlines believes that regular voluntary blood donation not only saves lives but also plays a vital role in building a compassionate, caring, and responsible society. The airline has reaffirmed its commitment to continuing its participation in social welfare and community development initiatives in the future.
